Map bug reports in the new update

Please post a CLEAR description of the map bug. Include the following:

 

1. Coordinates

2. Name of the exact map you are on (do not say grubani if you are INSIDE a house on grubani!)

3. Good, clear, concise details of what the problem is.

Hurquin, [87, 74] and [89,102]: Flickering.

Hurquin, [106, 76]: You can stand right in the middle of the tree.

Hurquin, house whose entrance is at [53, 83]: The large table inside is walkable.

Glitch noted in new 1.3.2 update, Location Irinveron 78,444 series of rocks near Fisher's Point, they are all walk thru rocks.

Carmien Manor (map13_castle): [118,108]. You can walk through the bars.

Southern Redmoon Mines [97,193]

 

This is a spot you can tele-nexused to, and can't leave.

You appear to levitate a bit on that spot.

South Redmoon cave (84,85) can walk in boulder/cave wall. If you sit, you can be lost.

A player was harvesting lilacs in Palon Vertas [273,209]. A teleport nexus sent him inside a house, in Palon Vertas [267,203]. Walking inside the house worked (even mapwalking), but trying to get out led to: "Can't reach destination (path blocked?)"

Alright, I cleared this thread of past bugs that were fixed. Everyone, please look around for more bugs. I want to get alot of these out of the way soon.

CM catacombs, near the harvestable diamonds, where you can walk through steel rods, too?

On Isla Prima can walk into the rock at 92,66 near the water. Using the el-132.x86.linux.static client on Slackware 11, Radeon9600XT, fglrx drivers.

There is a cave entrance in Aeth Aelfan near [303,59]. Clicking on the cave entry brings me to Isla Prima. This doesn't make any sense so I'm thinking it's a map bug.

There is a Rock in Taharij Desert at the DP entrance where you can walk into and hide (it got allready been posted somewhere ages ago but didnt got fixed)

 

Almost got hunted down from someone because of using that bug for his advantage...

 

Thanks to a very helpful player, the coords inside that rock are 379,324. :)

Nordcarn Cavern [75,50]

You can walk through the house (not entering it).

You are in White Stone - Lakeside Village [566,20]

Approaching the entrance to Tirnym (still) gives the "Warning! This leads into a PK(player killing) map."

(Tirnym is not a PK map anymore.)

Kusamura Jungle outsides [137,323].

Missing tile that allows you to see eternal blackness.

Couldn't replicate with updated version

 

Kusamura Jungle insides [60,28].

Some of the arrows are floating in the air and not on the darts.

You can walk through a tree there.

Edit: near 228,125 in Zirakinbar you can walk into the rock, at least i saw a female goblin running inside it. But i havent found the entrance.

Edit2: Palon Vertas at 313, 40 is a house you cant leave once youre inside, when you click on the INSIDE part of the door. You must rotate the camera to click on the OUTSIDE of the door to leave.

You can sit partly in a box and "in" the floor/wood.

[37,66] 'Eternal blackness in the ground' bug.

[48,23] Same thing here, not so major though.

 

Small bugs, but should be fixed :D

Hm, that's weird...

Looked at the map file for a possible flicker, no go. Doesn't seem anything is wrong. Possibly a graphic error?

There are a lot of map flicker places in Irinveron including a few places where a segment of road disappears depending on the compass direction. Here is an example:

These two screenshots were taken without moving the character. I just rotated the view a little.

 

I also saw road segments disappear to the north when standing at [125,594]

 

I also saw road segments disappear to the north and to the south when standing at [151,591]

 

Other flickering spots on the road or ground are:

[571,579]

I was in Carmien Manor and saw a female orc walk through some upright metal bars so I tried it myself - the bars seem to not impede walking. This is at [116,109].

Whitestone [15,691] There is some flickering on both sides of this wall section where it joins the other wall sections.

Whitestone [21, 756] When you use the "use" pointer on the statue, you recieve the message "You are too far away". No even if you stand right next to the statue you recieve the message.

Whitestone [79, 759] There is some flickering at both ends of the railing that points NNW

Whitestone [83, 752] The dirt 2d obects flicker here.

Whitestone [72, 704] The walls flicker at the spot they connect here.

Otherwise this place looks awesome.

Whitestone [24, 627] The dirt 2d obects flicker here.

South Redmoon 266, 298 (just infront of the cave entrance).

 

I can walk though the rock.

 

I dont know if its the same with the one posted earlier in this thread, but if it is, it is NOT fixed.

 

 

 

P.S. i'm still with the 1.3.2 version
