What is your favorite work out when you excerise?

As the title says, My favorite work out is the Power clean.

 

Any others have one?

Dancing!

I do it for about 3hrs every thursday evening. plus i do the avrge situps/pushups during the week so once the next week comes along for dance, I'm still in shape. oh and polaties so my kicks are high

Tabletennis, along with spending quite a lot of time behind my computer harvesting, and in the meantime I shall jump to try and touch the ceiling each time.

 

Other then that, I don't need any work-out, fine as I am.

I kayak i race so i spend moast my life on the river :/

going to the music school on my bike... its not too far so i try to take the bike mostly. thats all i do of sports, and even then i do it for the music class, not because i like to go with my bike lol
