It'll be our 1yr anniversary shortly, and in order to celebrate it we would like to have a contest. We decided to give out prizes at every checkpoint of the contest. (6 checkpoints) At every checkpoint, the first 3 will get a prize, hurrying there is not important, just be fast in your tasks, because that is what matters. And here's is the current setup of prizes, but it might still get changed a bit. (Comments are welcome.) Checkpoint 1: 1) 1 EFE + tit serp/diss ring books 2) Book of invis pot 3) Iron+steel chain Checkpoint 2: 1) BP Cape 2) 20 potions of summon 3) 10 potions of defense Checkpoint 3: 1) Iron platemail + gen axe book 2) Titanium chain 3) 2 serp stones Checkpoint 4: 1) 15 bear summon stones 2) Excavator cloak 3) 1.5k gc Checkpoint 5: 1) Serpent sword + ibsof book 2) Titanium chain 3) 10 steel shield Final checkpoint, checkpoint 6: 1) 100k + MoL 2) S2E thermal + vial mold + a giant teleport ring set. (c1 (x5) and c2 (x1) rings) 3) S2E magic + harv med + 5 moon meds Well, those are the prizes for now, any changes being made, I'll change it in this post and put a note with what has changed. What kind of stuff will you be having us do? I dont mean specifics unless you wanna give that out, I mean like are we gonna be mixing stuff or fighting or what? Gohan Report post Posted April 15, 2007 I'll be having you make me armor sets at every checkpoint, starting with leather, aug leather, iron set, steel set and tit set. Duh. Don't you know I make contests for my own profit? No, off course not. Its basicly, get a hint to a location, go there, receive a riddle to an item, get the item and bring it, receive a hint to the next location. I've also got to make an extra rule about the prizes at the checkpoints. Cyprom told me that someone who'd be very quick could get too darn rich if s/he makes it to every checkpoint first. Thats correct and I didn't think that over yet at the time. So I was thinking something like: if you gain a prize at a checkpoint, you can't get a prize at the next 1-2 checkpoints, that way everyone can get something, or almost everyone anyway. Everyone competes for the final checkpoint and the grand prizes tho. Also, me and Cyprom think the contest would be at 3pm (GMT+1) for us, thats 10am for Kat, but I still need to ask her if that is ok. I know its a bit early for the Americans but I don't feel like staying up to 3am for a contest to start like I did last year at our wedding. -Blee Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
