The price will only remain static and or increase in value as $/gc rates increase. (current rate is $1=4.5-5k), therefore the base price is 405k. Regardless what Eviljoe is buying them for, he like many bot owners try to low ball purchase to make a profit, and try to sell undermarket. But this doesn't define the actual value of it, just the value of the therm to one persons bot. Again Joe rarely gets someone dumb enough to sell a thermal for 320k so he rarely has one to sell for 340k (notice he makes 20k because someone is stupid and he sells under market to liquidate it fast) For instance I'll set my bot to buy them for 100k, and type "lolz dood, joe theyz nly worth 100k".
