A great show, with clips from the other concerts running in between sets. Truely well done. The Canadian leg of it had beautiful weather, a good crowd and some fantastic musicians. I will remember this concert for a while.

 

An amazing cause. Well worth the few minutes it takes to find the list and sign it.

 

I am eagerly awaiting the footage so I can see the acts that they didn't show us in Barrie; especially some of the London show.

A HUGE thanks to everyone that took the time to sign their name......I think it was up to 30 MILLION people by the end of the UK show. It was a fantastic event and some of the groups were brilliant......lets just hope those 8 blokes listen to the world and what they really want

the live8 thing is a great cause but it most likely wont make much difference. Mireille allready pointed out that its kinda like a G7 instead of G8. I myself cannot see Mr. Bush giving away U.S. tax dollars away in a grant. I can see him doing it as a loan but not a grant. Especially after what happened before. the people were taught how to farm effectively useing the same method as most of the world and it worked. only problem was they didnt have the infastructure to move their product and it rotted giving way for disease to kill off more people. oh well maybe it'll work this time.
