Kala Report post Posted June 26, 2005 (edited) Ohayo is good morning in Japanese. ...I think. Edited June 26, 2005 by Kala
Tumaros Report post Posted June 27, 2005 [source: http://weblog.randomchaos.com/japanese/?ja...se=off&show=all ] OHAYO means "good morning". Do not use this after noon, just as you wouldn't say "good morning" when it is not morning. Yes...and a bit of advice, as well...
m_bee Report post Posted June 27, 2005 (edited) May seem strange, but the first thing I do when I log into EL is take to foreground mozilla or konqueror and look on the kde-look and gentoo forums for new posts, and also my mail. In the while I remember what in the earth was I doing when I logged of the previous day, and when I come back from my mail to the el I have some text in the chatlog so I can see what is going on. So much times I also do alt-h-n, but not alt-b, so I clean a bit of spam from the screen. This is why sometimes I dont say hello on local chat, because I dont see your names most of the time, so just bear with me... No need to configure anything, all the sound and game related stuff is in my el.ini. Edited June 27, 2005 by m_bee
Arnieman Report post Posted June 27, 2005 [source: http://weblog.randomchaos.com/japanese/?ja...se=off&show=all ]<cut> 174307[/snapback] I always thought it was "Ohio" in Japanese, which, strangely enough, is also my state... and I'm a night person most of the time... does that make me a night person in a good morning? Kami Report post Posted June 28, 2005 First thing I do: Open my Inventory to try to remember the last thing I was Working on the Night before. Then, I Get to work again, either continuing where I left off or I start something new depending on whether I completed my work already. Sometime after that, I Reconfigure my Setting if I remember to.

Puntif Report post Posted June 30, 2005 My usual beginning sequence: 1) Use arrow keys to get steepest possible camera angle. 2) Use scroll wheel for maximum zoom out if not already there. 3) Control-I and Control-A to see inventory and attributes windows. 4) Select "10" as pickup/drop quantity in inventory window.
