Meeh...I never use windows, so I don't know Dev-C++ at all, but C:Dev-C++Lib looks like a good place for it. Try copying it there, and restarting Dev-c++. If that doesn't help, try adding the flag -L C:Dev-c++Lib to the link options under Project->Project Options->Further object files or linker options.

 

Note: I don't know what dec-c++ looks like, I just plucked this from the net (http://www.geocities.com/uniqueness_template/), so no guarantees given.

Ehmm...somehow I doubt that MS made a version of VC++ for Linux available. Please correct me if I'm wrong...

Hmmm...going into 'Linker' in your project options may provide a space to tpye in the names of the files you want to include. I have VC++ learning edition

Dude...this topic is over two years old...wtf?
