client crashes on #current_song

First: I would like to thank the team for their great effort in providing such a game.

 

I use 1.5.0 beta on Windows XP (german edition).

 

Client is installed in C:\Programme\EL

el.ini is in "Eigene Dateien\Eternal Lands\main\el.ini"

#data_dir was incorrect after installation, but I fixed it.

 

At every startup I get this entry in error_log, but without a crash:

Sound and music are installed and usually work fine.

 

 

1st problem:

Sometimes the client crashes. The error_log then just contains an additional

[12:08:37] Client closed

 

2nd problem:

When I enter #current_song it causes the client immediately to crash without any entry in error_log.txt

It does not matter if music is enabled or not.

This crashes for me too, I'm moving this to the bug reports thread.

Seems to be fixed in the latest CVS client ...
