My ISP, gives to me dynamic IP the address from the pool.I tried to receive other addresses, but the mistake repeats.

You have closed all range of addresses? Also what to do to me in this case?

dude, never post ur IPS here, people might have wierd ideas so just edit your IPs out, and if this ban is a IP range ban i think its useful to send a forum PM to Roja, and ask her for whitelisting you if you have done nothing wrong.
