oh, im sorry I guess I misunderstood what you were saying, I made some bad posts in an earlier topic. But then for you to be talking about this one makes less sense, as those were not angry posts, simply defensive.

i thought you use linux :/

I prefer to, yeah... but EL runs a lot better in windows for me (probably the graphics drivers(integrated intel stuff, linux drivers probably aren't the greatest)) so I kinda have to make do.

it's not all bad though, since I have a (free :P (yes, it's legal)) version of visual studios I can still code at the same time, and provide precompiled CVS for windows users

yess... like I said, the drivers for my video card in lonux probably aren't as complete as the ones for windows (since integrated intel isn't so common that many linuxer would hack on drivers, but intel makes drivers for windows)

about:blank is fine for me.

And Nvidia is my choice under linux, and works ok. I get about 30-35 fps with the cal3d thing, and 40-45 w/o it. Perfectly fine, since the card is an old GeForce 2 MX with only 32 megabytes of RAM. In windoze I couldn't get that rate even in my dreams, anyway, I don't feel like paying for it, and Linux is perfectly functional and stable, really, no reason to change.

Appart from that, I like gcc better than any Visual Thingy (too much problems for a suposedly "visual and intuitive" programming environment.

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Calendar\2005calendars\Jul2005.htm

... I keep a calendar. It takes no time to load, either, primarily because it's stored on my computer.

i wouldnt change it to el.com anyway.. the only thing to do there is go to these forums.. which isnt bad.. but isnt a homepage unless you are a moderator. you must be pretty obsessed if you make a forum your homepage when youre only a member of it.
