Every time you connect to the internet (unless you have a static IP, which is an ip that is designated to you [and only you can use it] by your ISP) you change your ip address. I've seen this happen before and always thought, if you got muted for spamming the first time and then came back and did it again (under a different name, or not) and your got yourself banned - that's your 2 chances. And it's not like you didn't know it was wrong; you were muted already. And I'm sure Learner warned you at least a couple times before that. Seems like the record stands at: First offense (or first few): Learner warned you. Second offence: Learner muted you. Third offence: Learner banned you. Well, that's that. Cya. (I feel cruel today.
