Eco Warrior Negative Perk

My idea is as follows;

 

Eco Warrior Negative perk

 

Gives; 7-10PP (needs to be a high amount, to be decided by someonelse)

 

Costs; 40-60k gold coin (needs to be pricey to deter noobs)

 

Perk effects;

* Leaves you unable to use most 'disposable' or single use items ie. combat rings (ring of power, ring of disengagement etc) tele rings (ring of isla prima, ring of egratia point etc) summon stones, mines, wards, astro stones, lightmeters etc etc

 

* Potion & essence use will remain normal

 

* Gives you back all empty Vials from all potions drunk ( drunk not used, so this wouldnt include the various dyes the CF stuff etc etc)
