Why in Harm or Mana Drain can prepare spell and after 1 sec hit the Harm and another Harm without waiting 1 sec? In 1 sec i can spellx2 . I have been accused of using hax clients, but it's just what this game has - one second between spells when not engaged. What you really want is spells to get bigger cooldown. Go suggest it. This implies that you can do 2x harm damage in 0.1 second (depending on ping) Cast harm 1x, Wait for cooldown (1-2 seconds), Click on your opponent with the magic wand, (Inflicting damage) Cast harm 1x, Click on your opponent with the magic wand. (Inflicting damage) Magic has been around for years, and this spell casting 'delay' has not been changed in those years. I would suggest getting rid of MI spell completely and re-naming it magic Defense spell that protects damage from magic using charm cross attribute and magic level to limit damage So start pumping vitality and instint to protect from mages........ as long as there is 100% defense from mage build, I dont think 420 damage per second is unreasonable Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

korrode Report post Posted June 12, 2009 (edited) There's cooldown between casting spells, not performing them. ie. During combat: I hit alt+3 to cast Mana Drain. I wait many seconds (more than 2) for my opponent's MI to run out. I click my opponent to perform the spell. I then immediately hit alt+3 again to cast Mana Drain (although it's only been half a second since i performed it, it's been many seconds since i cast it). I click my opponent to perform the spell. The cooldown of spells is felt more with the spells that immedately perform when cast, such as Restore.
