forever Report post Posted March 4, 2009 Well, we have some pretty sick capes but I was thinking of maybe another tailorable cape \o/ Every Minute it gives you a 50%~ chance to read 5x faster. IE; i fyou have 12 rationality you have a 50% chance to read 60 in 1 minute. Possibly even a positive perk with the same thing. Thoughts, suggestions?
