Simple, generic context menus (right click)

Just some minor issues with the cut/copy/paste menu on console:

* the menu doesn't close when you leave console

* cut doesn't work at all

* cut and copy shouldn't be available (or disabled) when you haven't marked text and the mouse isn't in the input line (this also goes for the notepad)

* cut shouldn't be available (or disabled) on read-only the logs

OK, just committed to CVS changes for all those points. Any key press now closes an open context menu. The cut/copy edit menu options are greyed out when not available; handling paste not being available is very tricky (ok I couldn't see how to do it) so I left that one. Cut does not work in the input line text area as that field not handled in the same way as normal text fields (ctrl+x does not work either for that matter) at least its now greyed out in this case Thanks for your comments

I like to rightclick on the clock to get exact time(with seconds) or the compass to get coords.

does not work now, the context menu pops up...
