suggestion, maybe make it a hyperspace bag in each for so teams will need to get some runners to try and unlock the bag then have someone that can get past the def, to get to the bag and take ti back to other fort

Fort Garisn is much bigger than Fort Baarg... The team in garisn would have way more possibilities to place the hyperspace bag, so the team from baarg has a disadvantage in finding it.

You could also put a guard on the hyperbag and tell everyone who the guard is. (could be ant_queens if you work the stats problem out)

Then from the moment the guard is out, the killer will be on the bag, and he can open it with a key. This would mean that either everyone has a key, or the killer has to wait for some sort of a "keyholder" to come and open the bag.

The idea of killing the leader is good: but how to recognize if a player is in your team or no?

But wait some weeks, invisibility will bring some strategy and that's what we need. Like spying.

Now it's moderator's turn. We should do that over each person's head is a colored thing that tells the team, and making during the event you cant exit th map.

However if we start now subscribing teams in a text document is good. i'll do it if you want.

Seems you weren't at the previous war... There are special war guilds specially made for these events (think antiroot already said this)
