Entropy Report post Posted April 8, 2006 Because we got a PayPal payment from you, and PayPal notified us that it might be a fraudulent transaction, and placed a hold on that money. So if the hold is lifted and we get the mone, you will be unlocked, else you and your IP will be forever banned. We do this to protect ourselves from fraud.
