Ok, posting up on behalf of shydenaya and her mum selestious, with regards to the above scumbag.

 

Last NDD, shy had to go afk to help her mum out with the baby theyre looking after..and misses the fact whilst afk that NDD ended. By time she gets back to the keyboard, she doesnt realise she now needs a ros stone to protect her gear.

 

Easy enough mistake to make, not only for a 12yr old girl like shy, but for us more experienced and older players as well.

 

Ok, upon her return, Legendary_kod of CA$H guild asked her to pvp with him. According to info provided, for which I have no chatlog or screentshot evidence, he was aware she had not returned from DPA where she was afk to get a ros stone after NDD ended. It is entirely up to yourselves as to whether that is to be believed or not, the only evidence to hand is the time index from screenshot one below, to screenshot two. As the following 2 screenshots show, he even tries offering her a dis ring to get her to pvp, and on the 2nd shot (AFTER NDD has ended, by some 2+ hours) she finally accepts. There was apparently some chat missing inbetween the two screen shots that Shy didnt save and let her mum have, presumably because even 12 yr old girls dont like to tell their mums EVERYTHING...um..plus theres a fair bit of being afk while she helped with baby etc..

 

 

 

Anyways..

 

During pvp with legendary_kod, who had been a mate of hers for some time prior to this, apparently, Shy had to use the dis ring to end the fight so she could replenish her mana due to cooldown. As soon as she did so, Atlanticiem pops out from Invisible, and pks Shy. Her dis is still in cooldown, not that she even had a 2nd one anyway, and she dies fast, losing col+full steel set+jagged sabre.

 

Now...I know PK is PK, and this post shouldnt be here if it isnt scam related or luring etc..

 

So..heres the thing..after seles hears shy got pked, she feels guilty coz seles thinks its HER fault shy missed NDD ending and didnt get the ros, since she was helping with the baby. Fair enough.

 

So she pm's atlanticiem and legendary to ask for her daughters gear back, in the optimistic hope that they might fall soft (some do, others dont, cant blame her for trying).

 

Imagine her surprise (and mine) and shock when they started not only to heckle and taunt her about it, but sent the following screeny, just out of pure malice and spite?!

 

 

And even worse, Atlanticiem, or Saint as his alter ego is known, even brags about the db on channel 4 and thanks shy for contributing to his dragonblade fund!!!(no screeny for this but am sure since it was channel 4, there are other independant witnesses who can verify this).

 

Yes Saint, pk is pk, and you scored big when shy dropped good that day due to some bad luck and timing on her part, but sending that screeny just to annoy seles and hurt shy is bang out of order. So this may be a pk related thread, but the dispute is the screenshot you sent and the conduct with which you portray as a guild leader in this matter.

 

Also..Toomass informs me that legendary_kod had no hand in this whole thing, that he didnt kill shy (ok true) didnt recieve anything from her DB (odd, he went with atlan to storage..and the screeny shows him asking for a share..plus atlan ONLY has 1 free slot..ok dropping bone and branch frees 2 more, then equipping sword+shield instead of that axe frees another but he would still be 2 slots short of the "goodybag" so obviously legendary went with him to carry stuff..you telling me he took it for atlan and gave it over..got nothing back?! bollocks! Legendary must be lying there Toomass, sry but evidence shows it clearly).

 

Legendary_kod has since attempted to make amends to Shydenaya and has passed some gc to her thru Jezebelle. Whilst those less cynical then myself may see this as an admission of guilt for possibly pk luring Shy, I prefer to believe his attempts to make amends only recompense her loss of items. The insult remains unforgiven, as far as ACE guild is concerned, and doing this to one of my guildmates family will not go unpunished.

 

I am personally asking all friends and allies of ace guild to ensure your continued presence in EL is as uncomfortable as you made them feel that day. You are banned from our tradebot, as are your guildmates. You also have made several enemies already over this...word gets around.

As seen above, there was no arranged PVP match, it was only an arranged fight.

I did not "team" with Legendary_Kod, though he says we did, there was absolutely no chat between me and legendary on teaming Shy. All that night I had been trying to kill legendary, in hopes for a drop.

As far as I see, Pyewacket (who has nothing to do with this) is full of third party information, and his post is full of untrue accusations.

I never have been posted in outlaws (disputes) and do not plan on it, I hope the people of el will examine that facts given and make their own decision.

Dont matter how you cut it, this shows just precisely how you intend your guild to be viewed by others in the community. I would probably not have taken the time to come here and post if it had just been a simple matter of you getting goodies from successfully pking shy.

You are posted here because of the malicious way you used the screenshot and your attitude. That is why I am "disputing" your claims that you dont have any enemies.

 

Who got what from the db, or whether its a pro drop or not, or whether she shoulda checked #day or wore ros isnt the reason for this thread.

In order to not be rude to the offended parties, I was passing out this picture.

The only time I posted the one without shydenaya's name still intact is when selestious asked about it, and in #gm.

 

The one above is the one I posted in ch4, saying it funded my dragon blade.

Please give me proof.

Sorry Pye, but imo this is a pk issue. I suspect that the community understands that taunting is part of pk, if indeed this even took place.
