The p2p is because the game design will be VERY vulnerable to multiple accounts problems. So people won't be able to have multipel accounts (unless if they pay double, in which case it is ok).

Maybe think about having more than one char. for each acc. for one price.... the game Lineage does this , lets you have 4 chars per paid acc.... but they have set classes so that is needed. Lineage is the biggest mmorpg in the world. (15.00 a month).... just something to think about...i'm in and will p2p no matter what...

Yes, it will have the same feel, common interface, etc. But it will be played differently.

As for multiple accounts for those who pay, can't be done. The game will revolve around building cities, each player owning a house, voting for city and planetary issues, etc.
