How about Just Drop Items (when PK) on Pking Maps and on Pkable Player And No Droping on Non pking maps. Or like 75% Chance on PKing maps and 25% Chance on Non Pking maps

Pking in a PKing map And geting a bag is ok But not in a non Pking map.
