well everyone knows i was banned for saying things about mods.

then i got unbanned and now i'm banned again

since i got unbanned i didn't do anything wrong so why am i banned?

Ok, so we "cheated". We used an Illegal client. And YES we cursed at the moderators. But this is kinda childish init?

Ive been publicly humilated.

I had many disucissions.

I appoligzed to moderators.

I'm getting a stats cut.

 

And we still want to play.

Just tell me what you want then =/ you keep punishing us for going on with the game?

Everytime we better our lives after being punished and you find a new reason over and over again to boot/lock us again.

Learner accepted my appology so wtf? Since when do YOU decide if the appoligy is accepted? I have no idea what hardcore said to you or other moderators. But he appoligzed. He had the same punishments as me.

"more" ??? i never insulted rogue. And im not insulting him now. I only tell him how i feel. And i didnt curse at him.

And yes, he had some hard stuff to go trough. But thats for parts his own fault aswell. If he just letted us play after we got UNlocked by ENTROPY..there was nothing to deal with.

Now he just made more problems.

I do like the rules. Theyre fair enough.

So I broke them. But we have been forgiven and i did nothing wrong to rogue.

I only cursed on Learner and he forgave me. Thats what its all about.

Rogue shudnt be even IN this convo.

And rogue paste my appology of our convo aswell. I did some stuff wrong.

I appologized for it..and my "insult" [which i dont think it is] isnt that much of a deal.

i can understand Rogue... he's being accused every single day, do you think he actually could forgive anyone now?

yes i accused Rogue 1 or 2 times on forums i admit, but that was a long time ago before the update and i'm sorry for it, i knew i was wrong accusing you that's why i tried to defend you a couple of times after that on forums.

Speak for yourself...many of you guys ruined a lot of people's fun by cheating alone. You are also ruining what fun the hard working developers can get by accusing Rogue of cheating, and saying nasty things about all of us. No developer deserves to put up with that shit!

it contains what i've said (copied and pasted from my chatlogs) and Ent decided to unban me because i didn't say such bad things.

if one of us said such severe stuff then there's no need to make preconceptions about all of us

i said things got forgiven and i'm changing my life but i'm not allowed to change cause of this ban for life

i love this game and i would really like to play it again.

i hope i can see my char in-game soon cause i miss it

and i won't cause anymore trouble, why would i try so hard to get unbanned just to cause more trouble and get banned from the game again?

Edit:i dunno if it counts as proof but you can look in the bans/abuse outlaws forum and my name isn't mentioned in it once, i never did anything bad before and won't do anything bad again

Ok, we talked it over and since Hardcore and Ohohohohk's crimes were not as bad as others we will unban you under these conditions:

 

1. 15% stat reduction

2. You both must do a community service: gather location data on all harvestable resources by listing coordinates and also marking each resource on the minimap in a special way.

 

If you refuse to do the community service or don't do it properly you get

an additional 50% stat reduction. IF you give out the data you gather to the public or anyone else that will also result as a failure and a 50% stat reduction.

 

If you agree to these terms please pm me and I will give you further instructoins on the community service, as it must be done a specific way.

non-pk maps with strong monsters won't be a problem but the pk maps will be since there are ebul pk'ers lurking. so do we get godmode or something like that?
