Sorry i can't be of much help, but i was looking for a place to post my problem...which is the same as yours...no sound! I installed the full updated version of el130.exe or something...when i ran that, windows did not like it. So, I download the 'fix' el.exe and replaced. The game does work, but there is no way to bring back the sound and music; which i miss.... a lot. I even tried downloading the music files into a music directory in EL folder.
