Why are USA, Canada and Russia mentioned separately on that poll ?

I mean i can understand the USA i guess...

But Russia ?! I mean there probably are some ingame, but not in any significant number as far as i could tell.

 

And you probably meant Central America not Latin America... Latin America includes all of South America.

 

My guess for an order list of countries with most players (based on what i saw ingame):

this area of the world is called australasia i guess (not australia btw which is a continent not an area) - i take it from this you also don't know that an aussie is a slang name for an australian (or was it just that you had no idea what part of the world australia is in )

 

a kiwi is a slang name for a new zealander; fyi it's also a native bird here.

 

the fruit you mentioned is called kiwifruit, probably cos it kind of looks like the bird
