Kadjinn Muted Then Banned

Kadjinn was muted for constant offtopic chatter and spamming in the market channel. Then banned after exitting the game and bringing two different characters to spam even worse. The ban was not because of the initial spamming/offtopic, but for bypassing the rules and continuing to spam on purpose while trying to avoid getting into trouble (including switching characters quickly).

Ok I object I was muted for offtopicchatter and spamming. As for that everyone was off topic every other sentence at that moment learner just chose to mute me for some stupid reason and so yes i did return with 2 characters and that was when i spammed so the point is i got muted for spamming when i never spammed and i was pissed so then i actually began spamming... i mean sheesh spamming is the same jibberish over and over again not replies to peoples statements or questions. In the first part of it ( what i was muted over ) i had said lol maybe 2 times and i was talking with a couple other players about something off topic ( mind you i was the only one muted for being off topic as were they and they never got muted ) so I retaliated with a #abuse report and Learner than replied to it accusing me of spamming i called him an asshole and than returned to show him what a spammer really does... Of course i was annoying but so was the fact that I was picked out of the ( at the time probably 12 or 78 ppl in channel 3 ) talking off topic. When my abuse report goes to the person who abused his powers towards me to begin with how else am I to retaliate. I do apologize for the logging on as 2 other chars and spamming..... I would like to be unbanned so I can continue playing EL cause it is a fun game. You will have no more problems from me but I think your admins should think before just randomly muting someone who is in the middle of a conversation... ppl go off "Topic" unquote. all the time. btw even the ppl who say "Topic" referring to get back on topic go off topic 24/7 so i was unjustly banned in my opinion. My actions following the mute were because when I reported the "powertrip" it went to the person who was powertrippin on me ne way. SO i naturally got pissed off... but all in all I love EL and would greatly appreciate being unbanned especially since I was considering buying a house...and making some donations... before some asshole mod went on a power trip
