When attempt connection, I receive problem

I have went to download the el.exe and then downloaded the 920. After that, I attempt to connect and it says: Can't resolve server address. Perhaps you are not connected to the Internet or your DNS is down! I have dial up. I was just playing but I was told to download because of a bug. What has happen? Thanks you for reading this.

Hmm, there is no bug, the server is up and running. Do yuo have any firewall installed?
