The reason Remote Heal was done was so it is cast in PK areas, to heal your allies. Ads strategy to the game.

 

or to remote heal some afk guy with nice armor and no cotu, to brod more stuff ^^

 

 

would it be possible to only make those new pk related changes work for pvp?

im sure you could check who's wearing no weapon, or some low lvl weapon and only make the changes apply to them

They mostly work only for PvP, and are dependent on a armor and weapons. With normal PK weapons and armors it won't really happen. And even if it happens, it happens to everyone, so it's not like it is unfair.

whole game needs a character wipe IMO

 

that in itself don't fix the basic underlying problems of the game.
