Not negative perception modifier, but let perception stat fall down, so that it will return only 1/minute even when removing goggles. That should be affected also by other light sources than the sun, for example when you go too near lamp or torch or if somebody casts flashy spell near you. ttlanhil Report post Posted September 22, 2007 As I recall, either Ent or Roja has already said that, since the night vision mask is magical, it's not going to have the same issues as the technological version people know of IRL.
