Ermabwed Report post Posted September 30, 2006 When I copy and paste text from other applications such as Firefox and KWrite, EL pastes the correct text only at the second time I paste it. First it puts in the old text. Example: I copy "Hi" with ctrl-c, change to EL and hit ctrl-v it pastes nothing and only second time I hit ctrl-v I get "Hi" (actually tried with deleting clipboard contents but still got the last entry entry before I emptied it in EL ). If I copy, let say "tuesday" next and change to EL and hit ctrl-v I get "Hi" first then "tuesday" upon second usage of ctrl-v. I'm using official gentoo ebuild, amd64. Anybody else got this problem, need more information (might have started with new server but that doesn't make sense to me)? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
