starting game again

Recommended Posts

i eventually got to playing the game, but i had to leave. so when i came beck to play it, it says:

this aplication has failed to start because SDL_net.dll was not found. Re-installin the aplication may fix this problem.

does that mean i have to reinstal the game again, every time i want to play?

@ Omega: Is your game patched? IF not follow the instructions in THIS thread. SDL_net.dll belongs to EL, but I wonder how can you "lose" this *.dll after playing the game once... Did you check the folder where you installed EL to if the file is still there? Are you using shortcuts to start the game? Have you tried launching the game directly from EL's game folder (twice) to make sure you have no mixed up shortcuts or something like that?

Did you drag the el.exe to the desktop? If you did so it won't work. Try to use a shortcut instead.
