and i just downloaded it again, played it, quit, and tryed again for a test, and it said it again. i need it to stop doing this. anyone know how?

i eventually got to playing the game, but i had to leave. so when i came beck to play it, it says: this aplication has failed to start because SDL_net.dll was not found. Re-installin the aplication may fix this problem. does that mean i have to reinstal the game again, every time i want to play?
