Mod controlled gaurds

I got a idea about gaurds that are controlled by mods. They should be really powerful like 500/500 a/d and they are not hostile and you cannot attack them. They would me used buy mods to punish scammers/bagjumpers/nearstorage summoners. For example if a guy summons alot of creatures near storage the mod will type a command like #hostile playername to make the gaurds attack the summoner and his minions. Thes gaurds should be around storages, entrances to places, on the docks, and at the beam. It would control those bad people in the game for easy punishment! :icon13:
