the neg perk could be only high level animals like bears and pumas that would seek you out and attack. That way no hogging of spawns.

I think we should have a luck stat that would be the deciding factor on when weapons and armor breaks/gets destroyed. Or have an npc who can repair weapons and armor and get rid of the destroyed part lol
