Entropy, better make tax-system. Divide all maps to be some kind of country. And if player pays tax (everybody MUST do it) it will go into a budget (or call it whatever you wish - safe or something else). When certain amount of money is in safe (like 1M gc) than something nice will happen IN THAT COUNTRY (map)... (This was a quick idea, i haven't had time to develop it further.)

I agree with trollson. But, i fear making such complex quests would need a lot of time. Imagine how complex quests should be for people who are oa100 and more... EL team has no manpower for this i think. It would be cool, however, if they start with quests for lower-level players.

Learner, why not mention =Hc= - they do that much more often than *CO* ... I am not against it, it is a common PK practice, and that might be the most funny way to kill someone, even the n00b. Even though people obviously hate such guys, i am pretty much shure they have a lot of fun with their guildmates PKing together some other players. I have never done that, but i certainly will - in the future. =Hc= guys are IMHO the best in team-attacks, even though they team against me lately, pretty often in fact. That make game even more funny!
