rasberrybeard Report post Posted July 12, 2008 How close are we to a new map editor? Is it even worth my time to try and learn the current one, or should I wait for the next release?
Roja Report post Posted July 12, 2008 All depends on if a programmer will work on it. Could be years from now, could be months..no one knows

SolarStar Report post Posted July 31, 2012 A Joystick for navigating in the map editor: There is a button trapped in a circle. When you pull the button out of the center it is then translated into movement. y = velocity x = displacement in pixel range = sqt (x1^2+x2^2), define a maximum range to keep the button inside the circle. When you let it go, it jumps back to the center.
