korrode Report post Posted October 12, 2008 Attributes cap did not work the wonders it was supposed to for evening out the battlefield I disagree. The attribute cap made a huge difference, it did exactly what it was supposed to. It didn't make PK overly active because the problems it addressed are not the only problems that exist.
