Scratch Report post Posted June 30, 2006 I was wondering who wanted to field my questions about what is allowed in a guild map?
ttlanhil Report post Posted June 30, 2006 usually better to just ask the questions, then others can chime in with answers when they have time, without as much pressure (to be right, to be available, to get info they don't have) better yet, search for answers to any questions you have first you can probably find a fair bit of the details in mapmaking already... from memory, you can have PK areas, one harvestable fruit (or probably vegetables), bots (subject to normal bot rules and costs, plus on a guild map they can be guards in PK areas). you can't have other harvestable stuff (you can have the items on the map, just not harvest them), NPCs, or critter spawns that's all stuff I remember (or think I do. some of it may be wrong or out-dated) from mapmaking section (or possibly other sections where people asked)
Aislinn Report post Posted June 30, 2006 Search also helps. This is a very current thread on the subject. http://www.eternal-lands.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=25328
Derin Report post Posted June 30, 2006 As a general rule: "If you have to ask you probably know the answer"
Scratch Report post Posted July 1, 2006 Search also helps. This is a very current thread on the subject. http://www.eternal-lands.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=25328 Ah yes, searching. Sometimes I miss the bus. Other times I get on it but it gets stuck in traffic. Thanks, that answered many of my questions. If I create a few special objects, could I use them in my map?
