Guest jadewolf Report post Posted October 19, 2004 I'm just looking over the ELBot source and have managed to redo some to.. in the long run.. create a storage bot of a type. My question is this... Is there a way in which the actor ID of a character can be gotten from the server with info from a PM? ie, character name, or is the id sent in the pm data? Can anyone give me more info on this? This surely doesn't belong in here, as this is the forum for client development - post questions about ELBot there, not here. The actor name is saved in the actor structure, and the actors_list only contains the actor id of the players within the seeing distance - you cannot get it from PM's.
