DibClark Report post Posted January 18, 2012 (edited) i do believe you can still recover the counters from your old player name. and not only the counters that can be recovered, but also your spells, recipes, servermarks, quest logs, etc. normally these are named as: counters_<old_player_name>.dat spells_<old_player_name>.dat recipes_<old_player_name>.dat servermarks_<old_player_name>.dat quest_<old_player_name>.log as indicated, all you have to do is to rename these files to show your current player name. so for example, my old character is let's say old_dib. i should find old_dib's counters named as counters_old_dib.dat. i now rename it to counters_dibclark.dat and voila! my old counters are restored! but of course, i need to rename (or move to another folder) all the files that have "dibclark.dat" in them to avoid duplication and errors. also, do this while you are not running el. btw, these are found in My Documents\Eternal Lands\main for windows machines. if you are using a mac, then you can ask those who own macs hope this helps! edits: typo Edited January 18, 2012 by DibClark
