Not sure what you mean exactly I assume you mean "enhanced/enriched" item, which you need to make to get the "Lucky Crafter" achievement. These are special/better versions of items which are created by chance when making a normal item. Examples for those are: - making a Potion of Extra Mana while mixing Potion of Mana/Potion of Spirit Restoration - making a Potion of Great Healing while mixing Potion of Minor Healing/Potion of Body Restoration - making an EFE while mixing FE (using enrichment stones to make FE doesnt count to it, because you don't make them by chance, you use a recipe instead) - making a Ring of Power while mixing Rings of Damage - making special armors/weapons while mixing normal ones (Orc Slayer of Mana Nullification instead of Orc Slayer) the list goes on...
