Dissolution of all general alliances

As of today we are dissolving all general alliances.

 

We're not making any claims that we'll never ally anyone in the future and it's possible that alliances of special or abnormal circumstance may be retained... this is just a notice to our current general allies that they are being set to neutral tag colour and the ally command turned off.
