crashes when i go to create a new acc

when ever i go to crate a new account i always crash and it say like error el is not responding the dont send and send...what should i do to stop it from disconnecting i have never even played el but looks cool and like when i go to connect to server after like agreement i fail every thing please help me

Make sure your video drivers are up to date. Also, read through the help forum to see if anyone has reported a similar issue, and hopefully a solution.
