Recommended Posts

Please note that this test is only for people with above average computer skills

Download: http://www.eternal-lands.com/el_map_viewer.rar (please delete the old download, if you tried the previous version).

Follow the instructions here: http://www.eternal-lands.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=44052

This release should fix some crashes on medium quality.

Also, if you have a non english keyboard, please rename the EL main directory to somethign with a foreign character in it, then edit the data pata in the configuration xml, and make sure it works (this is to test the unicode support). Then after the tests remember to rename it back, of course.

crashes here too sometimes, right after starting the client.

works fine at first, then tried unicode support which was not working at all, then renamed back, then got like 20 crashes till when i was turning on Win2k compatibility mode for that .exe......... first thought random, but its reproducable here it seems. tried 2 times only, third time just changing the config, not actually changing the directory name - no probs after editing back.
