If you don't follow all the steps outlined in the registration instructions within 2 days, the account will auto-delete.

You need to re-register and make sure you validate your email and post in the pinned approval thread within 2 days.

Twice my registration has been removed. ID(2nd)=46044. Perhaps the first time I did not validate. However,

the second time, I am sure I validated within an hour. Must one just try, try again, and eventually the registration works?

It will work fine the first time if you register--validate email--post in the pinned validated approval thread to let me know within 2 days of initial registration.
