ShadowKnight Report post Posted April 6, 2004 From what I hear, the only way to change speed is to change everyone's speed, including creatures. And some of those aren't bad, but let's leave skills and stats out of perks. They are meant to provide unique abilities and/or disabilities.
Puntif Report post Posted April 6, 2004 and (named for the guy in the Guinness Book of World Records who chopped up a bicycle with a hacksaw and ate it): "I Eat Bicycles" - a positive? perk - allows the character to eat anything in inventory that cannot be "used" getting maybe 1 health point for every EMU of the item consumed. This might be a way to dispose of unwanted manufactured items - maybe better than the disintegrate magic spell I was going to propose. or maybe not.
