Aislinn Report post Posted August 31, 2007 Whitelisting is for people to be able to play in their homes when a troublemaker requires a range ban, or an ISP gets blacklisted. Your IP already has an over-the-top amount on the whitelist, and there are limited amounts of spots. It isn't for every buddy who shows up. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Aislinn Report post Posted August 31, 2007 Yes YOUR IP, not your neighbors/friend/whatever's. His IP is not blocked, yours is, and you are whitelisted. As I said, there are limited spots and we can't fill it up with people who don't NEED it. Also note we do not whitelist alts, which is also stated in that post.
