as someone interested in the IT stuff, I get a half dozen to a dozen email newsletters a day (depending on the subjects I may not read many), this is one I thought might be interesting to post here

 

while these articles are usually aimed at the techs (or for someone of the other ones I read, management, etc), I think many should be readable by the average computer user

it's more about what to teach users (eg: password safety) than how it's done, since different organisations will have different practices, but even without the how some of them stand alone (especially #10)
