rebootedrock Report post Posted February 15, 2004 At the time of this post im in votd training magic, im using the spell restoration. now with this 2 second wait time it makes training very slow. I understand the need for a 2 second delay, but it seems I am failing as much in restoration as when i first got the spell. I belive that the failure rate should be reduced or Eliminated after a certain # of lvs above the spell.
