emtor Report post Posted November 25, 2005 I'm the maintainer of the website of my guild, and since the members changes often, I have to manually type #lit_guild go on my el chat log copy the result and parse it with my script to recreate the page. I'm wondering if there is a way I can build a cron task to retreive all the members of my guild like once a day. Thanks for your help
crusadingknight Report post Posted November 25, 2005 Get a simple bot program which logs in, sends that, processes colors to ensure it reads the correct output, dump to STDOUT, pipe to script.
Puntif Report post Posted November 28, 2005 I don't think the #list_guild report is 100% accurate . . . I'm pretty sure that a character that was renamed is now listed twice in my #list_guild - once under the old name and once under the new one.
The_Piper Report post Posted November 28, 2005 Oh, wow, same effect here. He is listed with his old and new name. Piper
