warmastermage Report post Posted July 21, 2005 I was just thinking why not have some special staffs to have perks. I thought of many perks for these staffs. why not have a perk that halves mana for spells. Or a staff that doubles the effects of your spells or a staff that is like a fast rengeration for mana. The simplest one would be to add an enhanced essence to a staff, which would reduce spell casting ingredients by one of the regular essence -- so that wielding a "Staff of Health" would allow healing spells to be cast without ingredients (1 HE normal, reduced by 1 for the staff).
