Error screen pops up

It has a long list of data but when i look down it has some dots and words. Here is what it says. I am just saying it without the dots though

By the way i looked throught everything I could find and nothing helped me out so could someone help? Please

doesnt it seem like a spywhere in Mitchell's temp folder and the "error" seems like the propertys info... but im not a good PC kinda person so these are basic guesses
